YIN et Yang is the largest and most politically charged work in the collection. Measuring 100 by 130 centimetres, this monumental acrylic painting draws a direct line between Eugène Delacroix's 1830 masterpiece La Liberté guidant le Peuple and the assassination attempt on Donald Trump on July 14, 2024 — Bastille Day itself. The composition mirrors Delacroix's pyramidal structure but replaces 19th-century revolutionaries with the chaos of a 21st-century political rally. DreamEyes Studio spent months developing the layered imagery, building up the canvas in bold, saturated acrylics that vibrate with urgency. The duality is deliberate: liberty and violence, heroism and spectacle, the sacred and the profane — yin and yang locked together in a single frame. The date was no coincidence. By placing the contemporary event on France's most symbolic revolutionary holiday, the work asks whether the spirit of revolution has evolved or merely changed costumes.
